Which countries are you applying for visa?

In USA visa DS 160 application, they are asking for surname and given name. But in Sri lankan passport includes only surname and other name. Can I use other name in my passport to fill the given name in DS 160 application ? or use the special option of "other name" in DS 160 application. But according to the instructions in application " Other Names is explained as- Other names used include your maiden name, religious name, professional name, or any other names which you are known by or have been known by in the past." But my other name in the passport is not relevant to above explained name categories(maiden name, religious name, professional name, or any other names which you are known by or have been known by in the past). Other name in my passport is my normal name including first and middle name. In this case, should I use the other name of my passport to fill the given name or other name option in the DS 160 application form? Could you please help me on this. Thank you!
